Spider Kitten - Making Paradise Possible

So, Jonestown, right? That was pretty fucked up. Not exactly the sort of thing you'd want to base a 30 minute album on right? Well SK did it anyway. It sounds kinda like if Flipper did prog.

Spider Kitten - Science Insults Your Intelligence

<a href="http://spiderkitten.bandcamp.com/album/science-insults-your-intelligence">The Sun Is a Light 32 Miles Across by Spider Kitten</a>

Controversial beliefs and great tone combine in this release as The Spider Kittens return to their ambient metal roots.

Thinking with Sand - in situ

<a href="http://thinkingwithsand.bandcamp.com/album/in-situ">not yet by Thinking with Sand</a>

3rd EP from the ultra-slack shoegaze losers. Waves of guitar sizzle, endless reverb, twinkling synths and head-raping noise. Originally packaged in a envelope and given away free at the Joy Collective Xmas party on 27th December 2007. Now yours to enjoy direct from the intermaweb!

Spider Kitten - Rats From A Sinking Ship

<a href="http://spiderkitten.bandcamp.com/album/rats-from-a-sinking-ship">Building by Spider Kitten</a>

Incredibly bleak and honest EP from South Wales doomers. 4 tracks of sincere and heartfelt misery.

The Spider Kitten Atomck Orchestra - Descension

<a href="http://spiderkitten.bandcamp.com/album/descension">Descension (part one) by Spider Kitten</a>

An improvised psyche-doom nightmare recorded live in Newport. This was the first time the assembled musicians had played together in front of an audience. I cant really describe it, you should just listen to it. Why do you need me to tell you what it sounds like? huh? You've got ears! What am I, your mum?

Spider Kitten - Ineffable

<a href="http://spiderkitten.bandcamp.com/album/ineffable">An Introduction by Spider Kitten</a>

Debut CD release from reclusive doomsters. Released in 2007 this is Spider Kitten's Master of Reality. Stoned and miserable in the face of adversity, Ineffable can justifiably be called Downer Rock. Think Sabbath covering early Nirvana. Go on, think it. Now download this and see if I was lying...

Chi Lameo - The White Album

<a href="http://chilameo.bandcamp.com/album/the-white-album">Back In The USSR by Chi Lameo</a>

Picture the scene: You're at home, alone. It's the evening, maybe around 8pm. You've had dinner (waffles and beans), a few beers, you're relaxed. There's nothing on TV, so you decided to listen to some music. No Death Metal because it doesn't suit your current mood. Then it hits you...The White Album. You haven't given that a spin for a while. You can't even remember how most of Side 3 goes anymore. Yes, this will be a good evening's listening. A worthwhile audio treat from 1968. Then, of course, dissapointment and anger as you realise you've put on this version by Spider Kitten frontman Chi, instead of the original.

Chi Lameo - Terms

<a href="http://chilameo.bandcamp.com/album/terms">terms i by Chi Lameo</a>

Bat shit lunacy from Spider Kitten frontman Chi via 2006. This album is dumb. No, I really mean it. What was he trying to achieve exactly? Apparently it's about how he's rarely the full ounce during the month of February. It's not music, it's not even noise. Sounds like he swallowed Gibby Haynes. Maybe he did. Yikes.

Thinking with Sand - last year's clouds

<a href="http://thinkingwithsand.bandcamp.com/album/last-years-clouds">owls; 1928 by Thinking with Sand</a>

E.P #2 from spaced out mongmongers Thinking with Sand. Recorded in Spring 2006, mostly in the lounge of a terraced house late at night. Barely-there melodies are submerged into a sonic puke of cavernous reverb, fuzz-mess and obsolete synth aktion. Bon jovi.

spider kitten - Burdened ep

<a href="http://spiderkitten.bandcamp.com/album/burdened">Burdened (Roll On) by Spider Kitten</a>

Yet more fuzzed-out and Melodius cuts from the bleak doomsters.
This contains an actual cover of 'the chain' by Fleetwood Mac................!
A tasty ep with a breezy (for want of a more fitting metal term) feel that finds The Kittens in fine voice and groove.

spider kitten - FUTURE ECHOS

<a href="http://spiderkitten.bandcamp.com/album/future-echos">The Very Real Consequences Of Thinking Clearly by Spider Kitten</a>

Muscular downer-rock from the Cardiff outsider legends. FE has the meaty sound, rich bassy riffs and doom-laden outlook that SK are known for, but with an added expansiveness and songfull(if not tunefull) quality that the kids will love.

cementimental - We Are Commandments

<a href="http://cementimental.bandcamp.com/album/we-are-commandments">Commandment One by Cementimental</a>

As shrouded in mystery as it isn't in tone, WAC is something of a departure for Cementimnetal, a kind of weird and oddly recorded drone piece.
A very bitter-sounding album, it weighs in at just four monoliths (or should that be QUADroliths) of bass-heavy, sludgey dooom dirge.

atomck - Sneaky Meat

<a href="http://atomck.bandcamp.com/album/sneaky-meat-ep">Sneaky meat by Atomçk</a>

Mix-disk of live atomçk recordings released on a green-sprayed biz card CDR and given away at 'Heavy Doom Fest'.
The first of an ongoing series of noise/drone experiments that extend and distort the Atomck song 'Sneaky Meats'- at this point unreleased- this was recorded at Atomck's rehearsal space and remixed into it's presented from by Linus.
